Options and User Preferences

The Options dialog box enables you to configure a broad range of settings:

• The Workflow Server that the Workflow Designer is connected to and connection information settings.
• General customization settings.
• Publishing Wizard settings.
• Toolbox, Rule Manager, and search settings.

To open the Options dialog box

1. Select Options under Tools in the main menu. Alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut F10.



2. Select one of the following nodes.
• General
• Toolbox
• ToolTips
• Prompts
• Rule Manager
• Properties Pane
• Search
• Help
• Appearance
• Publishing
